This cocktail is inspired by the classic links between wine brandy and other ingredients such as orange or chocolate. As brandy is such a traditional product and rooted in our culture, the challenge was to build a cocktail with equally traditional products that also represent the region where this spirit was born. Salt represents the proximity of the sea, honey and pollen were born on the Vincentian coast, oranges and rosemary were harvested in our Organic Garden. It is a tribute to the nature that surrounds us.
