Before Dinner


In a tall glass, combine the mint leaves, lime and sugar. With a pestle, carefully crush the ingredients, until you get the amount of juice to your liking. Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice. Now add the Aguardiente de Medronho. Top up with carbonated water. Gently stir with a long spoon to bring all the flavors together. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wedge.


- 4.5 cl Brejinho Wine Brandy 

- 2 cl Fresh Lime Juice

- 6 sprigs of mint

- 2 teaspoons Soda granulated sugar
